I find walking is a great time to listen to podcasts. There are thousands of podcasts available on all manner of topics so have a look online to find ones that interest you. Here are a few of my favourites.
I also love listening to music when I walk. I find it inspiring and it can really change my mood if I’m feeling flat, annoyed or frustrated. Create a playlist with all your favourite tunes or look on a music streaming service such as Spotify for a playlist that you like.
